As a pure web-based system, AcademyMaker® runs on all web-enabled platforms (PC, Mac, Apple iPhone etc).This applies for all user groups – end users as well as administrators, authors, etc.
This guarantees smooth collaboration of peripherally organized teams with various IT equipments. The integrated user rights management allows access to information only for authorised people.

Integration of existing solutions
E-learning is usually not a stand-alone application. The modular structure and open architecture of
AcademyMaker® allows smooth integration into your existing IT environment
(e.g. your Intranet solution or dealer portal). You decide which kind of interface is being used for
the connection.
All variants from simple integration into a portal interface including design adaptation to synchronisation of different user management systems and single sign-on are conceivable.
In case you are planning a new web-based software solution which somehow includes online trainings, X-CELL as a full service provider can also deliver a turnkey solution for the whole project.
With a one-stop solution you can gain safety and security and at the same time reduce the required budget.
Integration of existing solutions
Usage of existing material
One of the biggest advantages of AcademyMaker® is the smooth integration of existing material such as PowerPoint presentations, Flash animations, videos, images, documents, etc.
Basically, you can use all digital documents for the creation of training in AcademyMaker®; either to be integrated into the user interface or as an attachment of the respective page. Integration is conducted with a mouse click via the integrated Media Center (document management system).

Multiple languages
The AcademyMaker® standard is delivered with the languages German and English. You may select the language for single users / participants but also for the whole system or selected trainings.
Further languages are available on request. You may decide whether you need only the participant interface in different languages or also the administrative interface.

Even though the standard functional range of AcademyMaker®
is sufficient for many companies and applications, there are of course some customers and
projects which require individual adaptations and enhancements. As a solution provider
we are prepared to customise AcademyMaker® according to your expectations and requirements.
The modular structure and open architecture, developed fully in accordance with
the conventions of the J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) software standard, facilitates
the development or adaptation of functionalities - regardless whether we create a specific
selection of templates, additional reports or completely new functionalities.
The customer service of our project managers and consultants is just as individual and
professional as you would expect in a 'normal' software project.

Our many financing options offer maximum flexibility regarding budget and taxes: You may purchase, rent (ASP) or lease (through our partner Grenkeleasing).
Each option may be combined with several licence schemes depending on the scope and type of your project. At any rate: Our price structure is transparent with easy calculable total costs and without hidden fees per user, data volume etc.

Multi-client capability
For groups / organisations with different branches, divisions or affiliates it can be interesting to use more than one AcademyMaker system (e.g. because certain units should be completely autarkic).
In these cases we offer the multi-client version of AcademyMaker® which allows multiple installations on one server system and can be centrally supported by one superordinated administrator. The sub-systems are independent regarding content, users and access.

AcademyMaker® grows with the requirements of your projects.
You may upgrade to a higher licence at all times and/or increase the technical performance of the system (hosting parameters) to match the number of users and the usage intensity.
Further you have the possibility to book one or more additional online academies (TrainingCenter) to address different target groups individually (e.g. customers, employees, distribution partners get their own login page and Training Center).
